Note submitted to the Dunfermline Press and the Courier on Monday 1 February 2010
Inverkeithing and Dalgety Bay Rotarians held their annual Burns Supper at the Queensferry Hotel, North Queensferry, on Friday evening. 75 members and guests were treated to a full programme of traditional Burns entertainment including the Immortal Memory from Hamish Ferguson, Holy Willie's Prayer from Bill Rennie and songs from Robin Park. Hank John addressed the haggis, Caribbian style, and the Toast to the Lassies was cleverly proposed by Dr Ken Ritchie with a robust response from his wife Maureen.
The picture shows Rotary President John Blyth and his wife Elizabeth with top table guests and contributors.
