Lunch Meeting

At this special meeting we welcomed three active and committed Rotarians into The Club and also recognised the considerable contribution of another Rotarian by adding a Sapphire Pin to his Paul Harris Fellowship.

Pictured below is Past President and Paul Harris Fellow Edwin Daniels being presented with a Sapphire Pin by President David. Edwin has been a member of the Club for over 30 years and was President 20 years ago. He has undertaken most roles in the club with spells as Secretary and Chairman of Youth Opportunities Committee. He has excelled in all with his dedication and commitment but above everything his ever-present sense of humour and ability to make light work of the most arduous of duties.
Over the years, he has built up a marvellous rapport with staff and pupils at the local special schools
