The AGM is held every after 1st April for report of Club Council and Treasurer (interim report); proposed budget for following Rotary year; election of Honorary Members, ordinary members of Council and voting delegates to district Council, and for an appointment of Club Auditors

The SGM should be held prior to 31st December to elect Club Officers for the following Rotary year and to approve Club's audited accounts for the previous Rotary year
