On Tuesday 15^th October the yearly Special General meeting was held and President Steve Butler welcomed the members. The following agenda was completed:-

  1)   Electing President 2014/2015 Mike Clutton

      2)   Electing the Secretary 2014/2015 Garth Mann

      3)   Electing the Treasurer 2014/2015 John New

 4)  Receiving and approving the Club's audited accounts for the year ended 30th.   June 2013

     Proposed by Philip Jones and Alan Guinn  Accepted unanimously

5)     Electing two voting delegates (and substitutes) to attend the next Rotary GB&I Conference
