Peter Mascarenhas receiving his Paul Harris Fellowship from President Ashley
President Ashley presented Peter Mascarenhas with a well-deserved Paul Harris Fellowship Award.
In his citation, Ashley stated that Peter joined Rotary in 1993 and has chaired various committees and served as Secretary for two years before becoming President in 2003, he has attended several District Conferences and also RI Conventions in Barcelona and Nice. He & Jo also took part in a Fellowship Exchange with District 1050 and a Disrict in New Zealand.
