Teams from local clubs and pubs visit each pub in turn and score as many points as they can in the time allowed. Event starts in your home pub/club at 7.00pm and finishes with the prize giving at the Royal Oak.

2015 Results

Thank you to everyone participating in this year's competition.  Hopefully, as well as having a lot of fun, you will all have raised a little bit for charity.  Thank you also to the Royal Oak for hosting the presentation ceremony and for laying on such tasty sandwiches, samosas, sausage rolls and chips.
 
The pub was packed for the prize giving which saw the Kings A team crowned champions.  Congratulations Kings A.  The final team scores were as follows:

Competition Details

2015 Lostwithiel Fast Throw Darts Competition

The competition will start at 7.00pm in your home pub / club and finish in the Royal Oak at 10.00pm where the score sheets will be checked and prizes awarded.

Please note that all teams enter at their own risk!

Competition

Rules

  • All four members of each team to throw at each venue
  • Throw straight off (no doubles to start or finish)
  • Throwing time will be exactly 5 minutes for each team
  • Each thrower removes their own darts after having agreed the score with the scorer
    
  • The referee will keep time and will add up the scores at the end of the time allowed
  • A referee and the team captain are both to sign for the score recorded on the team sheet
  • Each team takes a record of the scores signed off from pub to pub
  • The referee has the authority to pause the game at any stage, stopping the clock until resumed
