The Homeless Voice Association was established in 2010 and is made up of residents and providers of temporary accommodation in and around Perth, together with the homeless support services in Perth and Kinross. The Association brings together the support of many services involved in helping the homeless, including representatives from such organisations as Skinnergate, CATH, Wellbank House, Greyfriars House, Rio, Perth and Kinross Council
