Present.  Ken Winslow (President), Alan Fletcher (Chairman), David Peaple (Secretary), Terry Williams (Treasurer),  Ann Debureaux-Dias, Tony Jepps and Ray Martin.

Apologies.    Tony Long and Peter Clifford

Minutes of the last Meeting.     These were approved

Correspondence.     There was no correspondence for discussion

Speakers.  The Mayor of Swindon would be speaking to the Club on Monday April 20th. This meeting had been changed to become a meeting with Partners.

Club Matters.

Membership.   Following a meeting that had been held on January 28th, membership information sheets had now been printed and were available for distribution in the right circumstances.
