9am - Rotary Market opens
9.15am - Conference sessions start
12.45pm - Lunch break
2pm - Conference sessions resume
4.45pm - Conference sessions end
6.30pm - District Governor's Reception for Club Presidents and VIPs
7.30pm - Dinner Dance and alternative dinner commence
From 9.15pm - Tribute band until close
