On the 22 June we greeted one of our Honorary Members the Rev. Tony Rindl, who as our speaker left us all with so much to ponder having delivered one of the most telling talks many of us have heard in recent years.
His subject concerned Watford and Three Rivers Refugee Support and Advisory Scheme.
The detail was very much from his heart as his father had been rescued from the Nazi
Regime in Austria coming to England on one of the last "Kinder Trains" to escape all the terror of that disastrous period.
Tony was able to transfer the inner feelings he held about the futility and ongoing disaster that is the present Migrant situation facing both the Western and Worldwide nations where over 65,000,000 people are trying or are already escaping from awful wars and conflicts.
