An evening Lecture from Archie Lawrie on the disappearance of Renee Macrae and her son 40 years ago
RENEE MACRAE .... An illustrated Lecture
Her Disappearance and Murder on 12th November 1976
(Britain’s longest Missing Person case.)
Around midnight on the above date, and in atrocious weather, a passing
bus driver reported seeing a car burning fiercely in lay-by 162 just 14 miles
south of Inverness.
The car had earlier contained Mrs Renee MacRae and her son, Andrew.
Neither has been seen since in spite of extensive searches and theories, and
all police work has come to nothing.
Because of lack of progress in the
case, in the Spring of 2006 Mr Archie Lawrie in conjunction with the
world-class psychic medium, Frances, began a concerted effort to see what information
could be gained by using on-site psychical methods.
A considerable amount of amazing information came forth, all of which was
immediately forwarded to the Chief Constable of the area. There is good reason
to believe that none of it was ever seriously considered!
The lecture is being given at the evening meeting on The Rotary Club of Glenrothes on Thursday 27th October 2016. The meeting starts at 6.15pm for 6.30pm. The venue is the Gilven Bank Hotel, Glenrothes. The price is £10 per head and will include a buffet halfway through the talk.
Please advise Brian Johnson on 01592 743251 if you wish to come so that we can give some notice to the hotel for catering.
