Community & Vocational

The community & vocational work of the club is managed by our 'C&V' committee, led by Bob Wildman

Special Effect - we matched the funds raised by Kenilworth School Interact Club at their recent 'Minecraft' event in aid of this charity

We focus on the local community and its people, raising the public profile of our Club and of Rotary.

Approximately 20% of our funding goes directly towards helping youth, including the Scouting movement and projects at Kenilworth School

10% will go to charities and other causes including sponsorship of First Aid and CPR training

We plan to continue our support to the Kenilworth Centre, iLeap, senior citizens and physically challenged people including Disabled Sports

Our committee aims to raise additional funds through the year by organising social events and continuing voluntary work in the community

This will include support to events such as the Christmas Lights Switch on (for Children in Need), car service for the elderly and closer working with other service organisations in the town.
