This year's event was held  on Sunday October 8th, with proceeds going to two Charities,  a local beneficiary 'Heads Together' - a Glossop support group for those living with a stroke or head injury, and to the International Charity 'The Winnie Mabasa Foundation'  - a Charity run by a local lady (Lisa Ashton MBE) and providing love and support to vulnerable and orphaned children in South Africa particularly those affected and infected by HIV / AIDS.

Approximately 300 runners joined in the event with many supporters cheering them on from the side lines.  It was a fine dry morning, and lots of fun was had by all involved.

We can now proudly announce that with your fantastic support we raised just over £6,500 which was distributed between ‘Heads Together’ Charity in Glossop, The Winnie Mambaso Foundation, and local charities.  Our congratulations also to the winners of the various individual categories awards.  An absolutely fantastic achievement and our thanks to everyone who supported us in wherever way.
