Great War

On Sunday the 11th of November 2018 the congregations of the two churches in Seer Green and villagers jioned together to commemorate the sacrifice of the men from Seer Green who give their lives in the Great War and the wars following.

Jordans & District Rotary Club's Past President Jenn y Owen laid a wreath on behalf of all their members, the rain from earlier in the day held off and the sun did shine on us all. 

The cutouts were made by a villager, one for each man lost, in their unoforms and poppies were knitted by his wife who was born and raised in Seer Green.
