The Annual General Meeting of our club is a very important event in our calendar. The main features are the receipt of annual reports from the club committee chairmen for the year 2018-2019, the honorary treasurer's report for 2018/2019 and her proposed budget for the forthcoming Rotary year and determination of the annual membership subscription for the coming year. We also elect the honorary members of the club, the ordinary mermbers of Council and confirm the committee chairman for next Rotary year. Finally we elect two representatives (and substitutes) for the club at the District Council meetings.
(The picture s one of a series of themes illustrating what Rotary does and in what it is involved: in this instance the subject is peace).
