Certificates of Appreciation presented to our local Ukrainian helpers

For a week during August 2023 we held a photographic exhibition of scenes from Ukraine entitled ‘The Price of Freedom’. This afternoon we were delighted to say ‘thank you’ to our Ukrainian friends who supported the event and who helped Rotary members throughout the week, with President-elect Arthur Charlton presenting ‘Certificates of Appreciation’ to those involved. We were even entertained by a spontaneous rendition of a traditional Ukrainian song!
