Ian McArthur, who gave us chapter and verse, and more, on Community crime prevention including scamming, and sexual exploitation to name but two of the topics covered. Ian’s enthusiasm for his serious subject saw his 20 minute slot extend to an hour. The Club’s VOT was given by Robert North.
