District 1140 brings together the 47 Rotary Clubs in six Greater London Boroughs and neighbouring parts of Surrey and Hampshire to develop fellowship and service opportunities.

District Governor Peter hands over the

Chain of Office to incoming District Governor Keith.

The traditional District Governor Handover was reinstated this year. Peter and Keith arranged the event with Barbecue. Our hosts Francis and Mary made us very welcome at their home in Caple, where guest were able to enjoy the sunshine as well as a Hog Roast and liquid refreshments.

District Council meetings are now being held in the Holiday Inn, Surbiton! 

This central location offers an idea venue.
