Students should enter the competition via their local Rotary Club. Local Rotary Clubs can be found by using the club finder facility at the very top of the Rotary International in Britain and Ireland (RIBI) home web page. www.rotarygbi.org/
Each District is allowed to submit one entry per category into the National competition so in the event of multiple entries then there will be a District judging panel to determine who goes forward to the National.
Submissions into the District Competition must be with me by 1st April 2018.
This will allow time for the District judging prior to submission to the National Finals.
