CAR BOOTING ON COCKLEMOOR

A beautiful day for manning the Rotary stall. Lots of quality goods and plenty of customers. A very pleasant way to fundraise.

President Stuart Cave at Langport War Memorial with Inner Wheel President, Margaret Osborne, and Vice President, Edna Russell.

Last Saturday, 4th December, the club joined forces with Langport Inner Wheel for their annual charity lunch and raised over £800 for St Margaret's Hospice. and raised over £800 for St Margaret's Hospice.

Following the successful December Charity Lunch, on Monday 10th January a cheque for £905 was presented to St Margaret's Hospice by the presidents of both the Rotary and Inner Wheel clubs.

Finally, we handed over our cheque from a line dance fundraiser and our Charity Bash. Caroline Osborne, Consultant Breast Surgeon came to receive it and afterwards we were shown where the new unit is going to be built - hopefully starting soon.
