Rotarians are a diverse group of men and women who get together, (regardless of colour, gender, age or religion), for friendship, networking, and to contibute to society by supporting, in financial and practicalways good causes locally, nationally and internationally.
We at Warrington Rotary have been serving our local community for nearly 100 years in many ways. We are supporting the local foodbank, and organisations promoting health and well being and providing services for rough sleepers and adults with learning disabilities. We have organised Neighbourhood Picnics to bring communities together. On a wider stage we have contibuted to shoe collections and appeals on behalf of those caught up in the conflict in Ukraine and the floods in Pakistan
Many of you will have enjoyed music and refreshments at our annual Oktoberfest in the Parr Hall . Over the years it has raised well in excess of £300,000 to support our good causes. Thank you if you have attended in the past and been a part in that. It takes much organising and in 2022 sees the 25th event, which promises to be as good as ever. Watch this space!
If you want to make new friends, feel good about helping others or have a project you need help with, message us to see what we can do together.
