About us

Hello Nice to See you

Rotarians are a diverse group of men and women who get together, (regardless of colour, gender, age or religion), for friendship, networking, and helping those less fortunate both locally and internationally.

We at Warrington Rotary have been serving our local community for nearly 100 years in many ways from supporting the Peace Centre, and local foodbank, to organising Neighbourhood Picnics to bring communities together.

Many of you will have enjoyed music and refreshments at our annual Oktoberfest in the Parr hall . It takes much organising and has been going strong for 24 years. Although in 2020 it was prevented by the pandemic, we expect to be back again this year as good as ever. Watch this space!

Internationally, often working with local Rotary Clubs, we have fed schoolchildren in a Nairobi slum, arranged a permanant clean water supply to an African village, supported small entrepreneurs around the world through micro-finance , helped with donations after disasters like earthquakes, flooding and covid19, and much more

If you want to make new friends, feel good about helping others or have a project you need help with, message us to see what we can do together
