Thank you to everyone who donated their unwanted shoes - we've estimated almost 600 pairs will be going to Shoe Aid UK where they will be sanitised, sorted and given free to those who need them - a very worthy cause! Click 'details' for more info!

About us

(Please note: Our meetings have been cancelled for the time being due to the Coronavirus but we continue to meet on Zoom)

Widnes Rotary Club

First chartered on 24th September 1937, we would normally celebrate our anniversary with an annual dinner but like many others, had to cancel our plans for our 83rd 'Birthday'.

Formed of a small group of like-minded people who meet every fortnight for a meal and a chat (although a meal is not a requirement)!  They organise various social events throughout the year too.

Widnes Rotary Satellite Group

Designed for those with less time to spare and purely project based.  When Covid is over, the group will meet for an hour or two every two weeks over a coffee or a drink, to plan and organise projects both in the local community and abroad.

We are always looking to attract new members, so if you are interested in joining either the main Club or our Satellite group, with no obligation, you will be made most welcome.  Just send a message via our 'Contact Us' page.

Check out our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages - just search for Widnes Rotary or scroll down to the bottom of the page to see our social media links.
