About us

Here is our 2024-25 President Tony Archer resplendent in full regalia

The Rotary motto is “Service above Self”. We are a group of enthusiastic and active volunteers from all walks of life who share a common interest in helping others whilst enjoying ourselves amongst friends.

Our Rotary group offers opportunities for our volunteer Members and Friends of Rotary who are interested in getting involved and making a difference

We meet at social events, at volunteer projects and on-line. Our people learn about the issues facing our local community and those worldwide.  Our voluntary service is self rewarding and brings lifelong friendships.

We are a proud part of our local community and of Rotary International. Rotary is a global network of more than 1.2 million members who believe that great things happen when dedicated minds come together.
