A Remembrance Bench
Les Pott 1929 - 2023
Carnforth Rotary President, John Blowes and secretary, Linda Lambson, presented Silverdale Cricket club with a bench in memory of Leslie Pott, (1929 - 2023) a much respected Silverdale resident and Rotarian. Our grateful thanks go to Les’s family for providing the bench, which will give pleasure to many people.
Les was a lively member of Carnforth Rotary for many years, quite a number which were spent as secretary, where his famous saying was "Read your emails."
