The money raised by this year's Dalemain Trail Run and Fun Run, organised by Penrith Rotary will be divided between Rotary good causes.

Race HQ & Start - Dalemain Mansion, Dalemain, Penrith CA11 0HB

• Free parking and toilets
• Light refreshments available in the cafe at Dalemain Mansion
• Medical Cover on site
• Routes clearly marked and marshalled

10km Trail Run - Entry Fee £20

• Registration is open from 9.30am
• Run starts at 11:00am
• A superb scenic 2 lap course around the Dalemain Mansion estate
• Age limits - 15 years and over
• Medal for all entrants, with 'commemorative' medals for the first 3 male and female runners and first 3 male and female veteran runners to finish

3.3km Fun Run - Entry Fee £5 (9 to 14yrs)

• Registration is open from 10:00am
• Fun Run starts at 11:15am
• Course is just 1 lap on the grounds in front of Dalemain Mansion
• Age limits - 9 to 14 years
• Medals for all entrants, and 'commemorative' trophies for the first 3 runners to finish

2.3km Fun Run - Entry Fee £5 (4 to 8yrs)

• Registration is open from 10:00am
• Fun Run starts at 11:15am
• Course is just on the grounds in front of Dalemain Mansion
• Age limits - 4 to 8 years
• Medals for all entrants, and 'commemorative' medals for the first 3 runners to finish
