On behalf of the Rotary Club of Bala and Penllyn, 2026 President Norman and BC coordinator Glyn wish to thank the 165 walkers and runners and the team of 30 volunteers who helped make the 19th Bala Challenge a success. We are especially grateful to DH Jones Agricultural and Forestry Equipment Supplier, Blakemore/SPAR Retail Stores and Aykroyd's Nightwear for sponsoring the event.
Once again the weather was excellent, and aside from what individuals raised for charities of their own choice, the Rotary Club raised money for Wales Air Ambulance, South Snowdonia Search & Rescue, ShelterBox, Young Minds and several local charities.
