ALTRINCHAM PROBUS CLUB
The Club was inaugurated, at the suggestion of the Rotary Club of Altrincham, on 20 April 1971. This first meeting was held at the Woodlands Hotel, Timperley.
The close relationship between the Probus and Rotary clubs has been maintained ever since. Each President of the Rotary Club of Altrincham automatically becomes Honorary President of the Altrincham Probus Club.
The Club aims to provide good fellowship and stimulating interest through talks, discussions and activities on a wide variety of subjects. It is non-political and non-sectarian.
The annual subscription is £57, plus, for new members an initial joining fee of £15.
