Christina Spencer PHF, was born in Leipzig in the former East Germany and transferred from RC West Derby Liverpool to join RC Wallasey. She is a dual German/British National and came to study at Liverpool University in 1959. In 2005 she was awarded by the German Government the German Order of Merit (Bundesverdienstkreuz) -the equivalent of an MBE-for services to Anglo-German friendship. In 2009 the Lord Mayor of the City of Liverpool made her an "Honorary Scouser" for services to Liverpool. She was honoured with the PHF by RC West Derby for Services to Rotary.
Christina is a renown public speaker and her theme for the evening is:
