Notes on President’s Report:

 

  • Committee Meetings and Business Meetings held monthly except December. Initially in Pied Bull and then St Patrick’s Parish Centre on Tuesday evenings.

 

  • Advisory Board met as per new structure at least bi-monthly. Compliance issues were discussed, No issues needed following up that could not be resolved during regular meetings.

 

  • Committees need rebalancing. Too many on on Community, not enough on International.

 

      *   Membership: 3 new members have joined, we lost three 

            Opportunity to increase membership from Ashton with Makerfield (onedefinite, two in pipeline)

 

  • A range of fellowship activities have been carried out and we have held more events in the community

       * The President attended one District Council meeting and is now a regular member  of the Wigan Cluster Group

           monthly meetings.
