The unveiling of a memorial stone and bench for our community affected by the COVID 19 Pandemic.
VENUE: Newton Community Hospital, Bradleigh Road.


 

President Ray attended this event on behalf of our club to witness the unveiling of a memorial stone and bench in the grounds of Newton Community Hospital

The bench and stone were unveiled by Doris Hickey, a longstanding staff member with over 63 years service dedicated to the NHS. The stone and bench was to commemorate all those living with or affected by COVID 19.

Our club donates to the Welfare Association each Christmas.
