International & Foundation
Awaiting Updated Information.

This committee's main aim is to encourage relationships with Rotarians abroad, to help those in need post brexit and to boost our contribution to Rotary Foundation.
Rotary International's charity, Rotary Foundation has the active support of this club's members and many members provide annual contributions to Rotary Foundation and with gift aid provide a significant support to the charity's activities. The Foundation's major focus has been on the End Polio Now campaign where Rotary in conjunction with support from Bill Gates hopes to eradicate polio worldwide. There are only three countries where polio has not been eradicated. This club will continue to support any activity that achieves us eradicating polio from the entire world.
Charities that the committee and club have assisted recently are as follows: -
- ShelterBox
- Aquabox
- Carpenter Box and School Box
- GloryHut, Thailand.
- Jaipur Limb project
- Intercare
- Water Aid
- Rotary Foundation
- Don McMath Foundation
- Mercy Ships
- Landmines Appeal
- Mustard Seed 'Love in a Box Appeal'
The committee continue to look for new ways of raising and preserving funds particularly for cover whenever there is any urgent need to support international disaster relief. We continue to strengthen our international partnerships with fellow Rotary clubs and enjoy international fellowship at its best.
