Youth
Our Youth team works with the schools and young people in our area to improve our community.
Working in close partnership with all of our local schools, enabling pupils to develop their talents through projects such as the Young Musician competition, which culminate with an annual District Final from which the winners can progress to the National Final.
In conjunction with The Swanage School we run the Young Citizen (Clem Dennis award), for which teachers and pupils can put forward nominations which are considered by a panel and the trophy awarded annually - at the end of the summer term - to the winner.
We also run the annual Rotary Kids Out day, visiting centres such as Marwell Zoo, and we support the Rotary Young Leadership Award (RYLA) weekend.
