Com/Voc

The Community and Vocational Committee (Com/Voc) gives members the opportunity to recognise and suggest projects and activities for the betterment of the local community.

Xmas Float 2017

Chairman of Com/Voc Committee: Keith Collings.

The Com/Voc committee is an ideal way for members of the club to give back to their local community. The Rotary Club of Falmouth has a strong committee that is always willing to help in the community.
Our main fund raiser is the Christmas Float and we also support the National Blood Pressure Day, our local Dracaena Centre as well as the Local Dementia Club, plus numerous other events both fund raising and social.
The object of the vocational side of the committee is to to guide and encourage the younger generation in their choice of career. To utilise the skills within the Club for the betterment of the community. This is achieved by Rotarians offering their expertise on many locally established voluntary committees.
