Youth Support & Competitions


Our club supports Duke of Edinburgh Awards at Melton Vale Sixth Form College

Schools, colleges, universities, youth centres and organizations like the Scouts and Guides offer the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme which for seven decades has transformed the lives of millions of young people from all walks of life.  Kirsty Black Head of the Melton Vale Six Form College (MV16) gave a presentation on the work and achievements of the College.

Maggie Saunders presented a cheque for £500 to Kirsty to fund the purchase of equipment for the Scheme.
