What is International Service?
International Service covers our efforts to expand Rotary's humanitarian reach around the world. It includes everything from emergency relief to areas hit by natural disasters to more long term efforts to develop communities' ability to help themselves. The latter is achieved through projects which support the main Rotary focus areas of safe housing, improving maternal and child health, the eradication of polio, the provision of clean, safe water , improving literacy and promoting peace and understanding.
