The Rotary Club of Ipswich Orwell is once again hosting this event at Ipswich Golf Club

Over 20 years ago we entered into this twinning which has resulted in regular cultural visits, joint projects and exchange of ideas.

This ran to the 30th November 2024 and has raised £1,060.

This project involved restoration of existing outside teaching areas, the addition of further benching and raised beds plus planting in several areas of the school grounds including trees.

Thank you to all who supported the Art Exhibition at St Clements. This has enabled us to donate £1,500 to Cancer Support Suffolk.

We participate in CARE International's microfinance lending initiative, Lendwithcare.

Joint project

Hosted at Purdis Heath, Ipswich Golf Club

In 2021 we completed a joint project with our twinned German club. We assisted the Greenlight Trust in constructing an apiary.

In conjunction with the Rotary Club of Chang Puak Chiangmai we are installing clean drinking water facilties in remote Thai schools
