The Duns round of the 2013 Rotary District Primary School Quiz took place on 1 February, hosted by Duns Primary School.
The winners go through to the Borders Round. Details of the competition and pictures of the winners follow.
The Rotary Club of Duns held their annual Primary School Quiz on Friday 1st February which was kindly hosted by Duns Primary School
The Quiz took the form of four questions in each of eight categories The categories were:-, Language and Literacy , Maths and Numeracy, Health and Well Being, Expressive Arts, Science, Technology, Social Studies and RME, and Pot Luck.
The contest was keenly fought with Chirnside taking an early lead. However both Duns and Coldstream fought back and overtook. Duns then had the advantage and surged ahead to become a clear winner.

KidsOut Day 2013
more KidsOut is a national organisation aimed at giving children who are disadvantaged in some way the chance of a fun day out where they can really enjoy themselves. Duns Rotary Club organises an event for children in the Duns area.
Junior Golf Competition 2012
