Club Projects

The Club is involved in many events that take place in Ampthill and its surrounding district. These include supporting other organisations and events such as the Ampthill Fireworks, the Christmas Lights Switch On, the Fire Station and Ampthill Gala.

This year our President, Joyce Boddey, has chosen to support The East Anglia Air Ambulance and The Calvert Trust which is an outdoor activities centre in the Lake District whose motto is Challenging Disability through Outdoor Activity. It caters for people with physical, sensory and learning difficulties.

And, we never forget our traditional causes and continue to raise funds in particular for the Rotary international charity to End Polio Now. We also support the young people of our area with Kids Out various competitons such as the Technology Tournament, Young Chef and Young Writers Awards.
