Our achievements

The Rotary Club of Brandon & District is delighted that since our Club formed in Brandon in 1975, we have managed to raise significant sums of money for local charities, groups, clubs, schools and good causes.

We could not have given to so many causes or achieved so much, without the generosity of the public and the goodwill and support we have received from our local community.

We would therefore like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who has attended our events, made a donation to Rotary, or supported us in our work to date.

We'd also like thank everyone who voted us 'Best Group' in 2020 the Best of Brandon Awards! We were really touched to receive the award.

Just a few of the causes we've been able to make donations to over the years, thanks to the fabulous support we receive for our fundraising include:

  • The British Heart Foundation

  •  St Peter's Church food bank

  • Helping to provide smoke alarms to elderly people in Suffolk

  • The Harvest Centre food bank

  •  Helping to refurbish the basketball court in Brandon

  • The Love for Liam campaign

  • Unscene Suffolk - a singing and theatre group working with sight impaired adults

  • St Nicholas Hospice Care

  • The Royal British Legion

  • Breckland School

  •  Feltwell Food Pantry
