This month's walk is approximately 6 miles long starting from the car park on right hand side as you enter St Ives Estate Bingley. This is reached by taking the Harden / Cullingworth road from Bingley .St Ives is approx. 1 mile on the right hand side.
Our walk will take in Beckfoot, Myrtle Park, Druids Altar, Lady Blantyres rock and The St Ives Estate. There is one hill half way around steepish but approximately half a mile long.
Please meet at 9.30 for departure at approx. 9.45.
I have arranged lunch at The George Cullingworth for 1 to 1:15. A drive of approximately 5 minutes. I did check out 2 nearby pubs also but they did not fit our usual high standard!
To avoid long delays in serving I have agreed we will advise of our choices in advance. Please look on the George Website for choices including the Light Bite which is available as well as the main menu.
