Primary seven pupils from Aberdour Primary School came out on top in a closely contested quiz organized by the Rotary Club of Inverkeithing and Dalgety Bay last week. Seven local schools participated in the west Fife heat of the national rotary quiz that regularly attracts up to 500 schools across Scotland. North Queensferry, Donibristle and St Johns were pipped at the post by Aberdour. The next round involves winning schools from Fife and Kinross and will be held at Burntisland Primary School.
The photograph shows the winning Aberdour team of Lucy Horne, Finton Price, Fraser Devon, Finlay Bryden and Gregor Winskill with head teacher Kate Whitely.
