(i) To encourage and assist Applications, where appropriate, for District and Global Grants for Club Charitable purposes,
(ii) To seek to recruit further Global Grant Scholar applicants.
(iii) To support the hosting of incoming Global Grant Scholars and other similar visitors and to seek to support outgoing partners.
Our Programme for 2015/2016 includes
Continue to support Dave Cook during his scholarship to study in South Africa. Including monitoring his budget,
Recruitment of a further Global Scholar in liaison with Lady Manners School,
Encouragement of local applicants for a Rotary Peace Scholarship,
Support Club applications for District and Global Grants.
To support and provide donations to The Rotary Foundation by way of events such as the Tunnel Tramp and general encouragement to members.
