a) There being no other nominations the following were elected as Officers of the Club:-
1. President 2016-17 Mike Clutton
2. President 2017-18 John New
3. Secretary 2016-17 Garth Mann
4. Treasurer 2016-17 John New
b) There were no nominations for officers for Rotary GB&I.
c) Mike Clutton was elected as the Club's sole voting delegate to the Rotary GB&I Conference in 2016.
d) It was proposed by Philip Jones and seconded by Mike Dean that we adopt the Club Accounts for 2014-15. This was agreed unanimously. The Treasurer thanked Bob Mills for auditing the accounts
