On Tuesday 20th October an evening of good fellowship between members of the Little Orme Lions Club, the Llandudno Rotary Club and guests was held at Penrhyn Old Hall.
It commenced with a meal and this was followed by 3 games of skittles contended on an individual basis. Although outnumbered by the Rotarian contingent the Little Orme Lions players proved more skilful and won by 2 games to 1. Bottles of wine were presented to the winners.
President of the Llandudno Rotary club Alun Guinn thanked the ‘Lions’ for accepting the invitation and apart from making the evening a great success, hoped that further activities would be arranged.
It was rumoured that a very prominent member among the Rotarians had found it difficult to understand the signage associated with the facilities
