Stranraer Rotary Mull of Galloway Trail Marathon

On 30th May there will be the third walk/run over this scenic course. This will comprise a 26 mile run over the Trail from the Mull to Stranraer or for the less energetic (or more sensible?) a walk from Sandhead. Unlike previous years there will not be a yachting component to the event although some places will be available the following day for a limited number of the competitors to sail round Ailsa Craig.

There will also be a BBQ.

Please contact Gordon Baird about entries or use link http://m.mullofgallowaytrail.co.uk/news/stranraer-rotary-mull-of-galloway-marathon-trail/

Our website has been updated to include this event in the ‘What we do’ section – see http://www.rotary-ribi.org/clubs/page.php?PgID=360685&ClubID=1383

Some thoughts – English – a difficult language?

·       I did not object to the object.

·       The insurance was invalid for the invalid.

·       There was a row among the oarsmen about how to row
