Objects- Outline plan for events for year 2015-2016 RCWF.

President Alex has indicated that he wishes we should make attempts to ensure more inclusive events at more affordable prices and more community orientated. Also utilise social and sport's events as a potential route to attract new members.

President's Summer BBQ Ken and Tom will organise event. Venue and date TBA

Theatre night out. Explore possibility of visit to Alhambra/Perth Concert Hall.

Potentially cheaper and supportive of local community venues. Winter programme of events to be explored by Ken.

As follow up to Home Nations Rugby outings in recent year it is proposed we should have a planned visit to Local Rugby Club to watch one of Scotland's games in upcoming World Cup in a good atmosphere. Club sweaters would be worn and chance to promote our club.

Staying with Rugby theme support local club by having a table at home game and watching the match. Again fruitful opportunity for membership. Ken/George to develop further.

Guided local walk. Following well received recent talks at club by local expert

Robin Sharp approach will be made to Robin by Ed to organise one of his village walks followed by a pub lunch. Opportunity to invite locals to join in event.

Cycle event. Assess enthusiasm for cycle ride on coastal path in direction of

Culross and Kincardine with lunch stop at Red Lion/Unicorn Inn.

After recent failed attempts at Wine tasting events, maybe on cost basis, we will try to recreate a highly successful blind tasting of several years back. On this occasion we will look at Scout hall Limekilns. Alastair and Ken to take forward.

Christmas Event at Keavil. Plan would be to use considerable in house talent to contribute to music and lead traditional songs etc. Greig to be approached re practicalities and organisation.
