President Lunch Party

At the end of his year in office, it is traditional for the outgoing President of the Rotary Club of March to host a Lunch for Members, Wives, and Guests.  Christopher Bishop and his wife Lesley, fulfilled this pleasing chore admirably. Therefore on Sunday 26th June 2016, close on seventy people sat down at the Conservative Club for a summer lunch, provided by the in house Caterer’s and their skilled staff.

Grace was said by David Harrison, after a welcome greeting drink, cold meats, salads, a selection of deserts and coffee were on offer, with ample wines or soft drinks to suit every taste ever at hand.

When all appetites were sated, Chris thanked everyone for making his year in office so easy and memorable. Incoming President Nicholas Kime, gave a vote of thanks upon behalf of all attending

It was late afternoon when the guests departed, after some hours spent in convivial company.
