Helen Edwards of Conwy Yoga talked to the club about Dru Yoga and her experiences over the last 10 years.

Conwy Yoga

Dru Yoga is a gentle form of exercise based on flowing movements abnd controlled breathing. Helen described the benefits that many users feel, including improved posture, stress relief and general well-being.
