Social Events

We have fun together in a variety of social events organised by the club

As well as running charity events, we sometimes just get together with members, their familes and friends to just have some fun.

Our social events include walks (usually ending at the pub), theatre trips, meals at slightly different establishments and trips to interesting places.  In 2016 we have had a fascinating guided walk around the SSSI at Howe Park Wood, a theatre trip and one of our members organised a tour of nearby antiques centres and more recently we have had a walk around Harold-Odell country park and a hosted visit to the Military Intelligence Museum.

Of course a regular event in our calendar is the President's night, an evening of dinner and dancing where rotarians bring guests for a fun night out as we thank our outgoing president for their hard work.  This event is usually in mid-May.
