Wales' Strategy for Older People

Llandudno Rotary provides feedback for the EngAGE Project's consultation on Wales' Strategy for Older People

Wales'  Strategy for Older People

On Tuesday 21 February 2017, Clare Greenwood gave a presentation to the Club about the EngAGE Project.  This is a research project asking one basic question - what priorities should be in place for the over 50s in Wales?  The feedback will be collated and reported in March to the Welsh Assembly and Welsh Government, for inclusion in their "Strategy for Older People in Wales".  Members were encouraged to note that Rotary's involvement was felt to be an important part for any future consultations, and that EngAGE hope to work with us further on other projects.

Our picture shows Clare Greenwood in listening mode during the Rotary meeting.
